The ACR AquaFix 406 PLB sends a personalized signal to satellites in orbit telling Search & Rescue personel; who you are, where you are*, and that you are in a life threatening emergency. It is easily stored in backpacks, waist packs or a foul weather gear pocket you can carry it all the time.
